There is finally a solution for this with a modded version of opera mobile:

It works by adding a dummy service which gives opera a better oom priority which prevents android from killing opera too early.
If here is anyone who is able to explain me how adding a dummy service to an existing application works, I would be really thankful so I could do it by myself in the future.
