No, what it says on the tin remains on the tin, have a good paint and it's bad for business to remove that since the money are not in the user's pocket (edit: other way around have more sense at this point). Even if Vodafone proxy can be removed then Opera Mini will detect the Campaign info associated with Country or Language (beside operator) and an appropriate set of Ads will be served in the same manner (beside generic ads via operator's ip range detection).
