Firstly, Opera Mini will still be there with Presto rendering engine, a new Opera Browser for mobile will be built on Blink.
Anyways, changing from presto to blink is good for us as Web developers make websites for webkit. Also, Opera is not dumping Turbo boost even in new opera so compression and speed will only get better.
About extension and themes for opera mini, neither they are coming nor we want them.
Most things will change under the hood and for Web developers, you won't find much difference, if any, it will be for good.
