Also I am using OM 7.5 in Huawei Ascend running android v2.3 Gingerbread. There is no resume function in the download manager according to my knowledge. The feature was introduced to OM7.1 for java and blackberry. You have to download the java version to enjoy the feature. But only if you have the java midp emulator dowloaded to your galaxy s 2.
