Hi!
I have a Nokia 5200 and when I go to: m.opera.com It says Opera Mini 4.4 is the recomended version for may phone. But I have tested the Opera 7 version and It does works fine on my phone. It just need a couple of fixes.
For example, I have found a few issues when using it so I'm going t list them and hopefully You (Opera developers) will fix them.
1. The first one is that I'm getting a message like "theres not enough memory" or something like that when I open 2 or more tabs at the same time so I have to reload the pages again. My phone has 1GB of memory so I don't know why I'm getting this.
I also use UC Browser sometimes and I can browse several tabs at the same time with that browser, so you so check that out.
2. The second, is that the "Copy/Paste" fuction does ot work properly. I'm able to select the on-screen text with the long click option but for some reason It won't copy the text so I can't paste it. You should add a clipboard like the UC Browser, that way people can select different copied text. You should check that option too at least for this kind of phones like my Nokia 5200.
3. And the last suggestion would be User Interface optimization for small screens like mine. For example when I go to Opera's configuration screen I can barely see the description of each option because there are these "enabled/disabled" buttons that won't allow me to fully see the text. Also an optimization for the Nav bar would be great, I mean the "Reaload, Previous, Next, etc." icons. And the URL and Search boxes need an optimization too.
Well, That's all I have found so far. I been using the Opera Mini 7 version for over a month already and these are the most notable issues for me.
I would like to say that, I know I described some features from a different browser but take it just as an idea, I know opera is not UC Browser, They're different things. But i really like Opera over UC Browser, that's whyI'm making this suggestions.
So, I hope you can fix this soon that would be great for my browsing experience.
