Nope, cache can't be on memory card and usually depends on RMS storage size (for opera mini app features like home page, bookmarks and history) and default browser capabilities (beside phone loads and OS usage). Opera Mini cache size is more than 4MB (with 5MB free RMS, heap up to 1.5MB and no limit for .jar file) and 1.2 (?) or lower for old Nokia and Samsung devices. On sd card Opera Mini will be slower overall.
