bcoz i use all version and no such problem
maybe its bcoz of ur operator bcoz some operators disconect ur net if u idle.
About andorid i can say ur phone dc some emolators regulary its bcoz of ur download fails.
I cant remember exactly but some app exist for android that allow ur java emoblator to conncet to net without dc
