I have the same problem. Kyocera Rise, ICS 4.0.4, mini 7.5.33361. Sometimes it's fine, sometimes I get one word per line, and maybe only 4-5 letters of longer words, which are truncated & not wrapped. All web pages: Facebook, Yahoo mail, CNN. Have powered off, shut down Mini, changed from wifi to 3G & back. First started acting up in early May. Native phone browser and Opera Mobile are fine on the same pages. Yesterday I had the problem, today for whatever reason it's fine. Sadly I can't post a screen shot either.
