downloads gone

Last post by Nowurtalkin: To all the... lost bkmrks, lost saved pgs, link/sync issues, download fails (w/no resume, thanks a lot..), etc, now add to the list: wiped out & lost downloads. I had mostly given up on using mini for downloading due to its near uselessness, esp on files of any size (as reported by many, many users) & was just happy I could use other browsers (native android or ucb) for that. Yesterday, I decided (after not using for quite awhile) to see if downloading situ had improved at all. I was surprised to be able to get a couple downloads done, trouble free, in the relatively small, 20-40 mb range, but a 3rd try, last nite, failed so I let it be & then tried it again, from the downloads page. It failed over & over (effectively negating much of the saved bandwidth in compression/pages, cuz w/no resume, starting over & over just wastes all the traffic), and then, when I went to open download page, for 1 more try, the whole page of all the many downloads I had residing there, we're simply gone. No rhyme, no reason, no warning, just all gone. Lovely... Any ideas, suggestions for why/recovery? (latest mini android).

*also... when I tried to post this, got an error (something about no such forum there...?) & tried again & got another error (something about trying to post twice in a certain time...?) & on 3rd try it posted, but when I looked, there were duplicate posts up, so I went to delete 1, but the delete option is not there. Edit is there but not delete, so I tried erasing all the text, but it still left an empty post. Wasted time, wasted data... ironic for mini..
