Twitter mobile site cannot be accessed

Last post by jobinstom: I have tested the address on Airtel India, TATA DOCOMO, BSNL network and the problem did not occured. The twitter site works smoothly on above networks.

Vodafone India customers suffer this issue.
But in-built browser and UC Browser loads twitter on the Vodafone India network.
S60 and Java version of Opera Mini shows this error
