Copying text is awkward

Last post by yong321: I use Opera Mini 7.1 on my Blackberry. To copy text, I move cursor to where I want to start to copy, click and hold button till it says "Click to select start and end...". This way of copying text works fine. But moving the cursors across text is slow. The default Blackberry web browser allows me to hold Shift and move the cursor across text to copy. It's much faster. Can Opera do that? Thanks.
