How Opera mini can help us to bypass internet censorship in IRAN?

I have a problem and i know that this is a a problem of many irannians. befor election of 2009 we easily bypass the internet censorship by using opera mini but after that time the government block all opera mini servers so we couldn't use opera mini like before. after that we try many ways and one of that was to use handler and set servers' IP manually. that was a good solution until i change my handset and start to use android. after that i could not find the proper version of handler and indead i don't know how to set "unblocked" IPs on which version of handler to set things right. please help me with that. how can i set the specific server IP on opera mini on my new android device? one last thing. becuase government agents are everywhere in web and they try to block all new ways of bypassing internet filtering, i prefere to get my answer by private and through my email address. so please send the solution to houmant@gmail.com
