Ports 80 and 1080 should be forwarded as open on opera mini servers by default since browser capability is 'opera mini' instead 'default' (or 'nokia', 'sony' etc.). Using opera mini proxy with ISP ports is slower overall, in any case some heavy sites can be open (loading start) in 4-10s rather than 20-30s just eliminating ISP's connectivity issues over peering or bandwidth.
