Nevermind, I had no idea that java only takes a limited space on phones. I just deleted some apps and it installed. Oh and by the way anyone who has a problem where the browser won't work due to the certificates should go to m.opera.com choose other download options, scroll down to code signing certificates for the browser you want, click all certificates, then click "download opera mini x." It should work right out the gate like that.
