Assume you're using a device with keypad.
Just move the cursor on the text you want to select using arrow keys.
Now click and hold 'Select/Middle' button and you will see a contax menu. Select 'Select' text'. After selecting, click and hold the 'Select' button and then choose 'Copy text'. Now select a text box, click and hold it and select 'Paste'.
That's it. :)
