It seems to me that a large portion of our cookie cutter websites generated today are the same lines of code comments over and over. This adds up. This adds up in terms of power usage, bandwidth, CPU, rendering time, and RAM usage. With Opera Mini's "bandwidth friendly" angle, and the price per MB of the average plan growing, I must ask this question:
Why not just overlook downloading and caching code comments unless manually done by view source?
