dinhigianam, just some ideas:
1. Re-installing Nokia's firmware with Nokia Suite (on a Windows computer).
2. Installing Opera Mini from m.opera.com, by choosing build from the "Other download options -> Select Code-Signing Certificate". The exact build would depend on which certificate you deleted and which you still have.
After removing certificates you may have problems with other Java applications as well, so option 1. (or anything leading to recovering the certificates) seems better. Let us also know what is the error message. Maybe it is not a missing certificate, but e.g. date/time incorrectly set on the phone.
