yeah..., recently, i asked here if any1 had info on up/dwnld limits (for mini, if any) & no replies rcvd, but i have seen on this site somewhere, officially, 63mb for upload, (but for unknown reasons...likely similar reasons, i cant get an upload done beyond approx 5mb so far (but of course, no "error codes" or reasons given or any indication whatsoever, to help the end user to know why...it just fails to show an upload to be where it should be, after waiting for ages...as it appears to maybe be uploading. That really sucks. As to download limit, it (opera) lists no such limit...which one would then logically think its unlimited then, but as i said, im lucky to get 25mb files downed. In the past, i believe i may have accomplished as hi as 50-75mb, but lately much less, & i tried that 100mb file about 20-30 times...no go! I thought (perhaps erroneously) that mini was like a proxy server that bypassed any limit or restriction set by the phone carrier, which in my case is virgin mobile & they dont want to allow much of anything, but im also thinking that bypass thingy is prolly only true in a very limited way & so maybe then, the download failures may be related to that, but i just dont know? Come to think of it, i think they (vm) used to be unlimited & more recently instituted a 2.5 gig limit before some sort of throttling, which should theoretically not put the kabash on download, in terms of total failures to download, so it seems then, to point back to opera, no? Then there's that pesky 11 yr sunspot cycle peak interference thing (network?)....not to mention impending (what..about 5 wks left now?) til end o world...
Anyway, u might wanna note here if u are able to do ANY dwnlds & if so, what sizes....as it might help other ppl to compare/complain/find answers...
