Yeswap's reply is the correct one. any attempt for u2 download from store will result in a redirect & fail for that reason. Additionally, u CAN get & successfully install & use 3rd party j2me apps in that phone, but it 1st must be "tricked/unlocked" (or whatever u wanna call it?) to have such ability, which it does not in stock form. Such "adjustment" was simply kept secret at 1st, but later, extensively covered in a couple major forums, in case ur not aware. (if not, lemme know & i'll look for links 4u...pretty easy2 find tho). Once that gets done, (to open up ur phone to apps), then u still cannot direct download/ota apps, u must install them via a jad/jar set, put into APPS folder. Generally, u need2 use a pc to get & transfer the jad/jar set to ur sd card, altho w/alot of work & patience, it can all be accomplished (after the initial "unlocking" is done) w/the phone only, w/o requiring use of pc.
So then u can fInd j2me apps in many places, such as getjar, etc, no problem....but u cannot get from opera store....at least not w/more work. Somewhere i have a tutorial that explains a procedure that suppsedly will then allow the download of apps from opera store. If u need lemme know.
*small correction to above: you CAN do direct/ota installs of a very select few apps, such as opera mini & google maps & maybe a couple other, BECAUSE those are sanctioned or allowed by virgin mobile (prolly sprint too, if on sprint), but outside of that, the above explanation holds true. (i thought i better explain that, in case u did a direct/ota install of mini in ur RT, which then leaves owners totally confused as to why they cant do further direct app installs)
