As far as know and on my nokia C3 it is Opera mini 4.3. If you download the latest version when prompted it will not upgrade the built version that came with your phone but put the new version in applications. MP4 files tend be larger and the nokia C3 has limited system memory so make sure when downloading you select memory card for download.
