Opera Mini 7: big problems with right softkey

The real problem is that this version is unstable on my phone, because it often stops working or crashes without apparent reasons.
• 4.4: NO problems with the right softkey and NO crashes; only a problem with Opera Link (see below).

The worst thing is that also UCBrowser or Bolt Browser inexplicably failed installing completely and working on my phone.

Conclusion: I'll have to keep Opera Mini 4.4 with:

1. the Opera Link problem ("Opera Mini 4.4: speed dials and history are always empty if Opera Link is active") :down:
2. the impossibility of watching videos :down:
3. the impossibility of storing more than one username/password couple in login webpages (ex.: my webmail login page) to avoid re-entering them each time I want to view a different e-mail account. :down:

It's a hardware problem with your phone. Check your keyboard module for broken or shorted lines.
PS. 4.x does not react to RELEASED, only PRESSED.

I tried the test again (many times) just now (while Opera Mini 5.1+ versions are not working correctly) and the result is what I think you'd expect, so I guess there's no hardware problem:

If I press the right soft key:

Keycode: -7
Label: SOFT2
Mapping: 
Event: pressed

When I release the right soft key:

Keycode: -7
Label: SOFT2
Mapping: 
Event: released

I don't know why these test results are different from the ones I got and reported in my previous posts, but that's it.

Final consolation: They're all freeware applications.
