Ok...I got u now. You want to recover your old data from your corrupted v6.xx. I will show you how to download .jar files with opera mini.
1. First click a direct download link like this one:JAR
...then copy the link from the address bar before the page gets transfered to default browser.
2. Now go to this site: http://www.online-convert.com (its an online converter). Select target format as zip in archive converter and go! On the part that says "Or enter URL of the file you want to convert to ZIP:" paste the link of the jar file you copied and click convert file!
3. Wait for page to load and your download will start. If the page loads and your download doesn't start, just reload the page and it should start. You can do the same for jad files.
My advice is you install 6.5 first and recover your old data then upgrade to 7.1 or 7.5 as this will help you get all your old data on new version.
