As long as oper mini is installed by default in your phone (part of phones firmware which cant be removed), its logo is also irreplaceable. If you installed opera mini separately, or its installed by default separately (not a part of firmware and can be removed), just remove previous one and install a new opera mini from m.opera.com
Actual removal of such files can be done through extracting files from jar file and changing logo pic to some blank file or modifying the contents. Installing a separate version is better and easier.
Besides if installing new software is not allowed, its almost impossible to remove logo until you have a custom phone's firmware provided by some 3rd party developers who provided browser files without logo. In that case you need to overwrite the firmware (or edit existing firmware).
By the way any specefic needs to remove the logo... it wont harm or degrade the performance though!!!
