first of install 7.1 i tried build called update 3 and returned to update 2 because had problems with connection (http/socket). After i tried 7.1 and work fine. You could try to delete history and cookie, unistall opera mini and, after a restart of your phone reinstall opera mini 7.1 (perform a new download from opera site)
haven't any other ideas

no problem for me, connect and use wifi without problems
