The answer is the same though. Opera never announces release dates way in advance. They announce releases as they become available (though they may on occasion tease "previews" in which we get a glimpse at what's coming in future updates to Opera Mini).
You'll have to keep following the Opera Mini/Mobile blog to learn when the version you're anticipating is available for the platform you want it for. ;)
