Generally speaking (since I don't know anything about that model of phone) first is you have to be somewhere where wifi is available. If you have a home computer network with a wireless-equipped router you can use that, otherwise you need to find a "hotspot" (a place where they make wifi available) in your area. Around here, restaurants, coffee shops, bookstores and libraries tend to have hotspots.
