toolbar buttons too small on mini

Last post by kemen4: Since the update to mini 7.5.3. On a Galaxy note2 the toolbar buttons and menu, now at the top, have become too small to be usable. They are just too small to read and touch easily. There is nothing in the settings to allow for a change?
Yet on mobile the bar is still at the bottom and is far larger and comfortable to use.
Is there a solution?
